1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

A return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Please note that perishable or consumable items (like food powders, sweets, or mixes) are not eligible for return once opened or used, due to hygiene and food safety reasons.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or process a refund (if applicable).

Refunds are issued through the original payment method or bank transfer within 5–7 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash after product verification.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or partially used food items

Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
